ALBERS Manufacturing Company, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Industrial Sales Account Manager with a passion for the manufacturing industry. Someone with documented sales success developing new accounts with Construction Equipment Rental companies, Electrical Distributors and their end users.

Position reports to the Chairman and or his designee and will be instrumental in achieving the business plan through profitable revenue generation.

Responsibilities include increase sales revenue; establish new accounts through cold calling and personal visits to potential customer sites; offering a full range of products and services to new and current customers, including contractor supplies and the sale of equipment; coordinating with all departments to ensure customer satisfaction; educating customers about equipment through demonstration; develop and deliver sales presentations in a professional and effective manner by developing technical presentations for potential customers, maintaining up-to-date awareness of company activities and industry trends and regulations. Establishing long-term ongoing repeat relationships and acting to close deals.

Ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of successful business development experience and hands-on sales experience, strong planning, problem-solving and negotiation skills, excellent interpersonal communication skills and basic computer skills. Experience with Mobile Power Distribution Centers preferred. Well-developed presentation skills, oral/written communication skills and customer relation skills.
