About ALBERS - History
ALBERS Manufacturing Company, Inc. was incorporated in Missouri in October 1979 as a Control Panel fabrication company.
With the advent of industrial computers and PLCs, we soon began to branch into other products.
First came the introduction of Power Distribution Panelboards, Switchboards and DC Bus Ducts specifically designed for use by telecommunication companies in their Central Offices.
In 1991, we moved to our current site in O'Fallon, Missouri.
Next, we acquired sheet metal fabrication equipment and began offering fabricated metal parts and assemblies.
ALBERS Manufacturing Company, Inc.
then also became a contract manufacturer for several large, global companies, manufacturing whole product lines on a private brand basis.
In a further move towards excellence in manufacturing and quality, ALBERS Manufacturing Company, Inc. became ISO 9001 certified in 1995.
Plant expansions and machinery purchases enabled ALBERS Manufacturing Company, Inc. to fabricate large skid-mounted assemblies weighing up to 5 tons and ranging in size up to 15 feet x 15 feet x 25 feet.
These usually contain electrical, mechanical, control, instrumentation, motors, motor controls, pneumatic, structural and/or electronic components.
Welding and painting are often included.

Total plant and office space is currently in excess of 80,000 square feet.
We continue to make major investments in people, plant, machinery, automation, computer software, hardware, and technology in general.
Today, ALBERS Manufacturing Company, Inc. is your Go To Source for Custom Electrical Enclosures and Mobile Power Distribution Centers.
